How many times a day do I listen to the CDs?
Listen one or two times per day while always alternating the 2 CDs. Once in the morning and once later in the day or evening is suggested.
Can I listen when going to bed for the night?
When using the 2 CD set think of it like meditation, not something you do when going to sleep. The end of each CD has a “count down to wake up” where you are brought back to complete awareness. If you listen just before bedtime, you may wake up and not be able to return right back to sleep.
How Long Do I Need to Continue Listening?
A minimum of 21 days consecutively, and then continue listening as you feel needed. You can listen as long as you like or use the CDs when you notice the symptoms are changing.
